Gesamteindruck sehr gut.

A mixed bag- the hvac system needs work. We set the thermostat to 19 for the ac and left for dinner. The evening was cool by the time we returned. We returned to our room being 24 degrees and the heat running! Spoke to the very nice young lady at the front desk who advised that the "system automatically switches" based upon the outside temperature.(!?) The day had been warm, around 30 and the building was still warm and releasing heat into the rooms AND then the heat comes on!? Not happy at all, subsequent evening we made sure to turn off the hvac prior to leaving for the evening, to ensure that we didnt return to sweat box. All the staff members we encountered were personable and helpful. The hvac problem really puts a damper on an otherwise pleasant stay.

Dear Guest, thank you very much for your comments. We will discuss your points with the heating and ventilation with our staff. Thank you for your nice comments about our staff. We hope to welcome you again in our hotel. yours, Daniel Rosenow and the whole team of Dorint Hotel Düren
