Très bien pour la chambre et le personnel mais les suppléments parking et petit déjeuner beaucoup trop chère.

Our hotel is located in the city center of Düren. Our publicly accessible underground parking garage has 41 parking spaces, including 3 electric vehicle charging stations, and is charged at the standard local rate of €28.00 per vehicle per 24 hours (€4.00 per hour, or a daily rate of 24 hours for stays of seven hours or more). Please understand that due to its public accessibility, we cannot guarantee available spaces in the garage. Our reception staff will be happy to assist you with alternative parking options (all with similar rates) within walking distance.

The Saba parking garage on Schützenstraße is easily accessible within a 5-minute walk.

We are pleased to offer our guests our extensive breakfast buffet with hot and cold dishes. Our breakfast buffet, priced at €28.00, includes a wide variety of organic and fair trade products, primarily sourced from regional farms and local suppliers. All hot beverages, as well as juice and water, are included in the breakfast price. Our tip: If you know in advance that you would like to have breakfast with us, you can pre-book it at a discounted price as an included service when you book your room. If you book breakfast separately and wish to remain flexible, we will need to plan for larger quantities of certain products at our own risk and reflect this in the price.

Allgemein gut, jedoch Verbesserungspotentiale im Detail:
- WC im Zimmer mit nach oben offener Schiebetür abgetrennt, bei Doppel-Belegung ein NoGo
- Rauchbelästigung vom Balkon Nachbarzimmer
- Tiefgarage 28 € :-(
- Fitnessraum Belüftung
- Frühstück teilweise mit Versorgungslücken über längere Zeit (Brötchen, Joghurt, Rührei, ...)

Gerne empfehlen wir Ihnen für Ihre nächste Reise eines unserer Deluxe Zimmer zu reservieren, hier ist das Bad vom Zimmer separiert und verfügt somit über mehr Privatsphäre.

Auch Ihre Hinweise zur Rauchbelästigung, zur Belüftung des Fitnessraums sowie zu den Engpässen bei der Frühstücksversorgung betrachten wir aufmerksam. Es tut uns leid, dass es in diesen Punkten zu Unannehmlichkeiten gekommen ist.

Unser Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Düren. Unsere öffentlich zugängliche Tiefgarage verfügt über 41 Stellplätze inkl. 3 E-Ladesäulen und wird von uns mit einer ortsüblichen Gebühr von 28,00 € pro Fahrzeug pro 24 Stunden berechnet (4,00€ pro Stunde, ab sieben Stunden als Tagessatz für 24h). Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass wir aufgrund der öffentlichen Zugänglichkeit nicht für freie Plätze in der Garage garantieren können. Gerne ist Ihnen unser Personal an der Rezeption auch jederzeit mit Ausweich- Parkmöglichkeiten (alle zu ähnlichen Konditionen) in Laufweite behilflich.
Das Saba-Parkhaus in der Schützenstraße ist innerhalb von 5 min fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Never again. Overpriced.

We are sorry to hear that your stay with us did not meet your expectations.

We will gladly forward your comments regarding our open bathroom concept to our company's development department. We are sorry that the open design did not suit you.

For your next trip, we would recommend booking one of our Deluxe Rooms. In these rooms, the bathroom is separate from the room, offering more privacy. This room category also includes a small refrigerator.

We take your comments regarding the ventilation and air conditioning very seriously and understand that these aspects affected your comfort. You will find an explanation and instructions in the room directly above the unit. Alternatively, the reception staff will be happy to assist you at any time.

Your feedback regarding the room amenities and the information about the cleaning service is also important to us. We regret that there was a lack of transparency regarding our procedures. You can borrow a kettle from reception at any time during your stay. Additional Nespresso capsules are also available at reception for €0.80 each.

Auch Ihre Erfahrung bezüglich der Zimmerlage und der Lärmbelastung durch die Straße nehmen wir zur Kenntnis. Gerne empfehlen wir gerne für den nächsten Aufenthalt ein Komfortzimmer zu reservieren, dieses ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Alle Standardzimmer sind Richtung Straße gelegen.
