A disaster. We should have ben told when booking, that our room was just above the wedding with the loud music and in particular the bass.
we regret that you were unable to enjoy your stay at our hotel and apologise for the inconvenience caused by the nocturnal disturbance. We think it is a pity that you have already left early. Due to the public holiday in Germany with the extended weekend, many last-minute reservations reached us, as did your room reservation. Due to the high occupancy, we were unfortunately not able to allocate a room to all guests far away from the wedding celebration. We understand your displeasure, but would have been happy to help you find a hotel nearby. Then you would not have had to drive all the way back to Denmark at night. We have waived the cost of breakfast for you, as you were not able to have this either. Please ask us in advance how many guests are staying at our hotel and if there are any major celebrations or events taking place here. We ask for your understanding that after two years of Corona Lockdown we did not have the opportunity to hold such events and consequently everything is now being made up for. We apologise again for the inconvenience and hope to welcome you back soon.
