We had a Romantic package which is really bargain including nice meals. We appreciate chefs idea of such nice dinner set.
Id like to make a suggestion for cleaning staff. We had a privilege for late check out at 3 pm and also hang the sign of dont disturb on the door. But still the staff opened and knocked the door. It would be great to provide them a tool to avoid disturbing guests.
we would like to thank you for your stay in our hotel as part of your romantic arrangement. We are glad that you had a pleasant time with us. We apologise that our cleaning staff knocked on your room door despite the "Do not disturb" sign. This should not happen and is generally not the rule with us. However, we will again address our housekeeping team on this issue and sensitise them. We understand that you were disturbed by this and that the situation was unpleasant for you. We will do our best to improve this.
