I like the hotel overall. Location, room, food/drink experience. Service, however, is uneven. Some staff is excellent, attentive and welcoming. Others are simply not up to the task (Example: The hotel provides a heating pot and instant coffee in the rooms. Espresso machine and pods would be better, but that's another topic. These sachets of instant coffee are --as explained by a front desk employee-- not replaced after the first night, because it is "policy" and the ample selection [two coffee, two tea for a double occupancy room!] should last the customer for even a longer stay. Even a two-star-motel replaces those consumables as part of daily housekeeping. Not doing so, and defending the "policy" as being generous is laughable.)

Dear guest, thank you very much for your stay at our hotel. It is a pity that you were not completely satisfied with us. We are a bit surprised, because you have visited us many times. This will show us that you are satisfied with us. With regard to coffee and tea, we made a mistake, because it is replenished daily and is included. We apologize for the mistake made and pass this on to our Executive Housekeeper to pay more attention in the future. You can find a Nespresso machine in our suites or can be booked at an additional €6 per order. We are always at your disposal and will be happy to welcome you back soon. Yours sincerely, General Manager Soeren Moelter with colleagues

It was a great stay. Only thing I didn't satisfy was the location, all of others were perfect! It was a pity I only had one night stay there.

Dear guest, thank you very much for your past stay at our hotel. We are very pleased about your excellent review. Especially our quiet location in the hotel's own park is a highlight of our hotel. We hope to welcome you back soon. Yours sincerely, General Manager Soeren Moelter with colleagues

Very bad experience. I was in a bussines trip for 7 nights. I order one late check out it was confirmed ( at midnight in the last day) in the last minute after the breakfast i asked one guy in the front desk it was ok, he told me he can not provide the late checkout because he just sow that my room will be booked and i have to leave. I had my transfer and everything organized and had to spent 150 euros to re organize everything and stay 10hours at airport. The treatment of the frontdesk to me i think was not correct. The next time i will stay in another hotel.

Dear guest, we regret that you were unable to enjoy your stay in our hotel and we were unable to convince you of us. Through the SuitePad you have requested the late departure several times, which we have temporarily rejected. Late departure is available on request and availability. The night before we had a few rooms available on your day of departure, but these were booked at short notice for the same day. Thus, we could not offer you the late departure at 5 p.m., as at 3 p.m. all rooms must be free and cleaned in order to allow other guests a guaranteed check-in from 3 p.m. We apologize for having to reschedule your trip. It's a pity that you didn't feel good about the rest of our hotel because of the not possible late departure. We are always at your disposal. Yours sincerely, General Manager Soeren Moelter with colleagues
