Good, but room to improve. Worried though that as larger conferences and groups will take over the attention of the staff the needs of individual customers may take the backseat. Was amazing for example to see the hotel using their most attractive room in the bar as a staging area for a group event on the terrace, basically relegating their other (full paying!) customers to spend their time in the midst of running staff and noise from collecting dishes etc. Management was there, but clearly only focussed on making the group event run smoothly.
