One of the worst stays I have had at Wiesbaden dorint, normally they are good, but this time the ac was not working, breakfast failed to deliver both mornings, and I was not offered an upgrade beyond a superior room despite being a dorint member and the hotel being half empty with suites available
thank you for your evaluation. We are very sorry that you did not have such a nice stay with us this time. Unfortunately our air conditioner was broken some time ago, it is now repaired again. I also apologize for the problems with our breakfast, this should and must not happen.
We would be very happy if you would give us another chance to show you that we can do better.
