We stayed one night out of 2. No Air conditioning working because of heatwave for 10 days! We have a small dog as well who needs cool. Totally unacceptable for this brand to expect guests to stay. We came from 7 days in Belgium with cold air conditioning. We checked out the next day and went down the street 500 meters. They had great cold air! Told the staff we were leaving, computed our parking and dog fee after complaining. Very poor I think.

We deeply regret that the air conditioning did not function as expected during your visit, which coincided with an exceptionally long heat wave. A comfortable indoor climate is especially important in high temperatures, and we are extremely sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations in this crucial regard. Your comment that you noticed a noticeable difference based on your experience at another hotel with functioning air conditioning makes us particularly aware of the urgency of such improvements.
We would also like to apologize for the circumstances surrounding your departure and your dissatisfaction with the handling of the parking and dog fees. It is by no means our intention for our guests to feel that they are not being properly cared for.
