Leider kühlschrank war kaput und luftung im bad war auch kaput und wasser in badewane ist nicht schnell Runtergegangen,und luftung funktiuniert nie,egal welcher zimmer,das passiert jedesmal.und ich hoffe bald diese problem nicht mehr sein weil für 5 sterne Hottel ,man erwartet bisschen mehr.danke

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lobby. Personal beim einchecken nicht höflich. Zimmer sehr schlecht! Klein, sehr warm. Nicht mehr als 3,5 Sterne Zimmer.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms were great and the cleaning staff wonderful. The personnel at the front desk were less than welcoming. Our team has been in Germany for 6 weeks. We have stayed at several hotels and this one is the only one we would not consider staying at again because of the front desk staff. I had read comments in previous reviews about the front desk staff. I purposely booked with the hotel and not an outside source to hopefully alleviate any issues. Although we had no issues the front desk staff make it less than desireable to return. The breakfast although we never ate there was way overpriced.

aber der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist ungenießbar
