Very good. It would good to overhaul the room safe situation. Ours required a credit card -- which in this day and age of breaches seemed scary -- and only worked intermittently in my tests. Safe seemed old and I didn't want to put our passports and valuables in there if there was a chance we wouldn't be able to get them out the next morning. The lobby seemed a little cold and impersonal around the desk. Also a little noisy. Didn't lend itself to a calm, quiet, dignified check in experience.
