I do not think I will want to repeat that. For our night on the way back I have reserved another hotel in the city.

We're glad to hear that you found our staff generally polite and helpful, and that you enjoyed the cleanliness of your room and the breakfast. However, we regret that other aspects—such as the loud air conditioning, the hair dryer, and your spa and bar experience—left you disappointed.
