Terrible. Worst hotel experience ever. I travel a lot and this has been the worst experience ever. Would never recommend

The reception received information from the housekeeping team that the do not disturb card was hanging in front of your room.
When you returned to the hotel in the evening, there was no one left in the house to clean your room. Therefore, the receptionist offered to move. Unfortunately, an alternative was not possible at such a late hour. Please apologize for the inconvenience, which was probably caused by a misunderstanding.
