The price of the parking is very expensive, but we were very happy about the breakfast and service of the hotel

Sauber und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstück gut, hätte aber gerne auch ein Fisch - Angebot ( z.B. Lachs, Heringssalat,Rollmöpse) zum Frühstück.
Die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage bzw. das Öffnen des Rolltores von außen mit dem Fahrrad lässt viel Raum für Verbesserungen, ebenso sollte die Möglichkeit geschaffen werden um e-bikes direkt am Abstellplatz in der Garage zu laden.

zijn al meerdere malen in het hotel geweest en worden steeds vriendelijk geholpen,krijgen steeds een kamer met balkon en zicht op het park (vinden we belangrijk).

Good hotel close to Düsseldorf (20 minutes drive) - walking distance to the center of Neuss. Rather unfortunate that there are quite some drug addicts in the neighborhood - which are not contributing to a safe feeling.

Goede bedden , net gekuist , waterkoker aanwezig, extra kussen in de kast , heel goed ontbijt , alles was goed verzorgd en vriendelijk onthaal
