towels were not replaced one day, but they were delivered to the room pretty quickly after requested. very long waiting at the bar and at the restaurant. lot of new people not fully trained to be up to speed during the trade show period (and it was not fully booked!). booking of taxi had a different policy every day, very confusing especially when you need a ride to the airport

Preise für das Parken sind überteuert, aber sonst ein gutes Hotel. Frühstück ist den Ansprüchen gerecht.

Mitarbeiter am Empfang sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind o.k., allerdings funktionierte der Haartrockner nicht und die Tür im Badezimmer war rostig. Sauberkeit o.k., Essen und Servic vollkommen in Ordnung.

Bar food was poor - Beef was chewy and sauce was too salty -
Everything else good

Good hotel and well situated. Tram to city centre only 50 m from hotel
