No 4 stars, the 3 stars hotel we visit the next day was 100% better service and kindliness to us and our dog more precisely

leuk hotel maar kamers mogen een update krijgen

The bed was too small...................

Dear Family Roggeman,

A small recommendation for the next stay would be booking a room with double bed instead of a room with a queensize bed, if you felt the quueensize bed was too small for your needs.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel immer einen perfekten Aufenthalt , das Personal ist super nett , ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant und an der Bar. Danke an das Reinigungspersonal, ihr macht eine Top Arbeit. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist schon gebucht. Eine ganz kleine Kritik habe ich , das Parkhaus könnte etwas günstiger sein.

Wir sind öfter in Ihrem Haus und sind mit dem Hotel wirklich zufrieden. Man kann uns schon fast als Stammgäste bezeichnen obwohl wir immer aus der Eifel anreisen müssen. Ds kann man nur sagen wenn man zufrieden ist
