Es war sehr gut ,der Fruhstuck auch und die Zimmer gross und wir hatten alles was man braucht. Wir haben auch alle information bekommen uber die Weihnachtsmarkt .

Zeer goed vriendelijk schoon hotel. Het ontbijt was geweldig goed. De tram 50 m van het hotel met prima verbinding.

Dissapointing to not be able to sleep decently and first evening to get terrible food.

We are very sorry for the Problems in our Restaurant, in fact we really had less staff due to illness.
We also discussed the matters telephone and ventilation with our technician and also the housekeeping to avoid those circumstances in the future, so thank you for telling us.

Not so good. Would not recommend the hotel. Price is too high for low quality room.
Small room, no coffee or tea, no air condition, no bar and so on.
