My stay in the hoztel was only for one night. However I want to raise the following points: 1.) Extra charge for coffee in the morning in the room (before breakfast) is too high and not appropriate. 2.) Extra charge for wireless LAN is not acceptable as many hotels keep this included in the room fee.

Wir hatten das Problem, dass auf unserem Zimmer nur heißes Wasser kam,
der Mangel wurde sofort behoben.
Das Frühstück war gut, ist aber unserer Meinung nach zu teuer - dafür ist der Übernachtungspreis in Ordnung!
Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen!

Alles sehr gut wie immer. Nur wenn ich am Abend vor der Anreise telefonisch Details zum Zimmer bespreche und meine Ankunft ankündige erwarte ich, dass meine Anreise als fest angenommen wird und nicht dass mir eine Stornoemail zugesandt wird, weil ich erst um 20 Uhr anreise und dann die Leiterin der Reception auch noch einen komischen Ton anschlägt. Schön, dass wir dennoch unterkamen. Dennoch freue ich mich auf den nächsten Besuch bei Ihnen. Freundliche Grüsse, Benedikt Haack

I was very unhappy in the fact workers began at 08.00 on Schützenfest Monday to install scaffolding outside my window which was very load. This also continued the following morning. The idea of sleeping in rather than a taxi home was therefore pointless. I would consider the decision to carry out this work at this time most unfortunate to say the least.
