I have been member of Dorint club for many years and booking rooms while logged in as a member but everytime I come to the hotel they still need to type in my details, asking for invoice address etc although this has been the same forever.
This time I provided everything at check in, but the next day at check out nothing was registered and they had to fill in data again.
This is somewhat annoying and I don't understand why this can not be fixed
