Die farbliche Gestaltung des Zimmers entsprach nicht meinem Geschmack, ansonsten alles top. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, genau so wie Frühstückspersonal. Das Frühstücksbüffet äußerst vielfältig und lecker.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Service. Jedoch nervt jedesmal die Wassersparfunktion in der Dusche!

Ok, but irritated by the internet solution provided. It is unflexibel and way to expensive!

Good hotel with competent friendly staff. No AC, but Mannheim is normally very hot and humid in the summer. A no-go for this hotel.

Zimmer war schlecht gelüftet, nachts um 1 Uhr sehr lautes Geschrei von Richtung Rosengarten, ansonsten lief alles wie immer ordnungsemäß

I am dissatisfied with the fact that even though it was cool outside it was not possible to get the temperature in the room to an accecptable level. I had to leave the window completely open all the nights.
