Though we were 'only' GROUPON -guests
the staff was very nice and polite !!!

The Hotel has been our place for staying since years. This speaks for itself.

The experience was very good. Breakfast was also very good with a very big variety un nirmaly the service was Ok, but one day some tables were not ready.

Dass Sie kein günstigeres Frühstück anbieten, ist völlig inakzeptabel und ein KO-Kriterium. Werde nicht nochmals dieses Hotel wählen.

The crew is very nice. The rooms are ok, the newer rooms with the modern interior are very beautiful. The service is really good and qualified too. But there's a lack of atmosphere especially in the bar. I would have had more drinks there if it was a more pleasing place. Otherwise: the barkeepers are capable in drinks and conversation. Nice people! :)

One remark: Sometimes I noticed strange guests which apparently don't know how to behave in a hotel bar / restaurant. F.e.: one enters the place with bare chest, two younger women with little kids using the bar as a playground until midnight, teens bullying the service and annoying other guest. If you go on with these kind of clients you surely will need security-staff in the future, I guess.
