The Hotel has been our place for staying since years. This speaks for itself.
Improvements of your policy when changes - not cancellation - however occur, would be appreciated,

The experience was very good. Breakfast was also very good with a very big variety un nirmaly the service was Ok, but one day some tables were not ready.

Dass Sie kein günstigeres Frühstück anbieten, ist völlig inakzeptabel und ein KO-Kriterium. Werde nicht nochmals dieses Hotel wählen.

The crew is very nice. The rooms are ok, the newer rooms with the modern interior are very beautiful. The service is really good and qualified too. But there's a lack of atmosphere especially in the bar. I would have had more drinks there if it was a more pleasing place. Otherwise: the barkeepers are capable in drinks and conversation. Nice people! :)

One remark: Sometimes I noticed strange guests which apparently don't know how to behave in a hotel bar / restaurant. F.e.: one enters the place with bare chest, two younger women with little kids using the bar as a playground until midnight, teens bullying the service and annoying other guest. If you go on with these kind of clients you surely will need security-staff in the future, I guess.

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sehr nettes Personal.
Die Zimmer sind zwar sehr sauber und in Ordnung, entsprechen aber nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard.
Duschen in Badewannen sollte eigentlich nicht mehr sein.

Wir versichern Ihnen, dass wir in Rücksprache mit unserer Geschäftsleitung in Köln weiter an der Planung der Renovierung unserer Zimmer arbeiten. In diesem Zusammenhang werden dann auch die Badewannen durch begehbare Duschen ersetzt. Ein genaues Zeitfenster steht leider noch nicht fest.
Kostenfreien Internet-Zugang bieten wir momentan nur in den Zimmern der Executive Kategorie an.
