Overall we were happy with our stay. The only really negative point we had was the temperature inside the hotel and specifically the room. But even the hallways were ridiculously warm. Due to this the only way to deal with this was to open the window which made the room very noisy due to the location street side.
Other than that, everything was to our satisfaction. We appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. Despite breakfast being better one day from the other, there are no real complaints. We will be happy to return again next time we visit Mannheim.
