Too much noise from the street
and i don't find normal that the cleaning woman has already started to clean when i come back at 8.00 from the breakfast.
I also don't find very hxgxenic how the dishes are washed in the sink of the bathroom for an hotel of your quality
We regret very much that the time you spent with us was not to your full satisfaction and we appreciate you calling our attention to the problem you encountered on your stay.
Washing the dishes in the bathroom is by no means in accordance to our standards. We have already taken measures to prevent this in the future. Furthermore we would like to apologize, that you were disturbed in your room by the cleaning maid.
