Thank you for this helpful review following your recent stay with us. We really appreciate you taking the time to give us an open feedback. As our guests’ satisfaction is our main concern we are pleased to answer you as follows.
When getting an invitation for a guest’s review you can choose the language between German and English. There is a little sign on the right site on top of the document.
Main lobby and elevator: the speed of our main entrance door was set according to security requirements in Germany in order to take care for children and handicapped people and could not be changed. We have shared your critism concerning our right elevator with our chief technician.
From next week we will expand our range of gluten-free food with gluten-free rice waffles during breakfast and we hope you will enjoy it.
Generally the sauna is also open on request in the mornings. Unfortunately it is not available during the next few weeks because of a technical defect but will be repaired as soon as possible.
