Not a good experience, with what I have mentioned above and the wind that night causing doors through out the hotel to whistle. I don't understand just what this specific hotel's problem with the wind is, but I was able to push on the window and some of the noise went away.
thank you for your recent visit and taking the time to review our hotel. Only with valuable feedback such as yours, are we able to improve our product and services. I agree with you on the issues with the functionality of the room and we will check this with our Engineering Department. I also fully concur with you on the disturbance on your check-out day and that you have never been asked about your stay upon your departure. All those mentioned points are truly unacceptable and I will take this up with the team.
Unfortunately I am unable to turn back the wheel of time, so at this point I can only express my sincerest apologies to you.
I totally understand your disappointment yet hope you will give us another chance to prove you better and would love to having you back with us one day.
