It's been a mixed pack. We have already been to your hotel several times. We add extra cost and time to get here, because we love the island itself, the location of the hotel with the trees and greenery outside, warm thermal pools and the spacious suite that meets our needs. But it's been the first time I had a feeling perhaps we may not be welcome here, particularly with a bizarre experience from one of the waitstaff, that I will probably follow up upon. I hope that on our next stay these uneasy observations would prove to be unjustified.
