I would like if the hotel did not assume gender in their communication. I have a unisex name and everything is being sent to me addressed as Mr. which just puts me off, and when I checked in the front desk seemed confused, it is totally unnecessary to use a title when a name is just fine.
We are sorry that you did not feel comfortable checking in at our reception. Nevertheless, we hope that you enjoyed your stay at our hotel.
Hope to see you soon again!
Kind regards,
yours Carolin Mohr | Assistant to General Manager
