Zeer goed en mooi hotel dat door de corona maatregelen beperkt is in alle mogelijkheden, echter m.i. zou je daar als hotel op moeten anticiperen door alternatieven aan te bieden. De bar is gesloten, na 22.00 uur alles dicht: zet ergens een drankautomaat neer, waar gasten een drankje kunnen open. De vraag is: waarom de bar niet geopend is? WLAN was regelmatig niet "in de lucht".
It is correct that the bar is currently closed, but not to annoy you,
but because of the current situation we are obliged to adhere to the Corona measures.
Regarding to the feedback from our employees. Our team is always highly praised in the answers.
All of our employees love their job and put their heart and soul into it.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of explanation and meaning of the tourist card.
I am sure that this was an unfortunate exception.
