The hotel is genreally clean (the floor was not clean in some corners of the restaurant at breakfast - pieces of food on the floor). The room furnishings are quite dated and run down. The concept of the hotel is unclear. Family? Wellness? Tourist?
Some of the staff at reception could benefit from retraining their customer-friendly service.
