Nice staff. Limited appointments able to be booked upon arrival through the hotel for treatments, so went to the spa next door, which was fine, but I was a bit disappointed, as it was not clear how I could have / that I should have booked before arriving.

Regarding your comments about the rooms, we would like to thank you for your candor. The issues you described, such as peeling wallpaper, carpet stains, and watermarks in the bathroom, do not meet our quality standards. Your feedback gives us the opportunity to specifically address maintenance and improve our cleanliness standards.
We have also taken note of your observation regarding the service trolley left by the elevator for an extended period. It is our goal to avoid any inconveniences for our guests and to ensure smooth operations.
