The hotel is really well located and it’s beautiful. Service was great and rooms are perfect.

Sehr grosses und sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer. Bad gross und modern gestaltet. Eventuell Duschvorhang oder Abschlusstür empfehlenswert, dann wird der Bereich vor der Duschkabine nicht so nass.

Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre bei einem Zimmer dieser Kategorie das Bett, die Matratzen verrutschen, ein Boxspringbett mit Topper wäre schön gewesen....

To be honest I travel a lot for business, and I felt that the reception staff in particular were obnoxious and dismissive. I think this is because I am a person of colour. My colleague (a white male) got an overall better quality of service, and smiles from the reception team. I, on the other hand got looked upon up and down.

thank you for staying in our hotel and sharing your experience.
It is extremely sad for us to hear, that you could not enjoy your stay and we apologize for the inconveniences you faced.
It is not in our sense that you felt you were treated disadvantageously, because of the colour of your skin. In general, the most important thing for us, is to make our guests happy and to let them feel comfortable.
However, we would like to distance ourselves from the fact that people are judged and treated by their appearance. This contradicts our corporate culture as an international and multicultural company, which we and all our colleagues always cultivate.
Of course, we'll be addressing your concerns with the appropriate members of our team and I have shared this review with our Management to further improve our services.
We would be very grateful if you would give us another chance to prove our hospitality to you.

Tolles Hotel, zentral gelegen, wundervolle Aussicht, hervorragendes Frühstück

Leider an keinem Abend während des Aufenthaltes einen Platz in der Bar bekommen. Egal ob um 22 Uhr oder 1:00 Uhr…nach Rückfrage sind wohl die Wochenenden schon viele Wochen im Voraus reserviert….dies hätte man bei Buchung wissen müssen…da wäre eine Reservierung vielleicht noch möglich gewesen…sehr schade…leider bringt einem ein Aufenthalt im Hotel dabei auch keine Vorteile ein, da hier kein separater Bereich oder ähnliches „freigehalten“ wird…nicht wirklich schön leider, da das Hotel natürlich auch durch diese Bar für uns bei Buchung eine Rolle gespielt hat!
