The room was really good and the cleaning service was very professional. Very polite, very nice. But the most disturbing experience was with the young people at the reception, who were most of the time very unprofessional and not at all hospitable. Especially on the last day when we checked out, a young blonde receptionist (the only male employee at the reception at that shift ) was extremely over-self-confident but amazingly work-shy, we had the feeling he was there just to laugh, joke and play with the other employees and try to be the “cool guy” among his colleagues, but not for us customers at all. Extremely lazy, very bad attitude, very arrogant, completely helpless and childish.
