Thank you for having chosen our hotel for your stay in Basel and thank you for your positive feedback.
For your next stay we recommend to book one of our superior rooms - these rooms are located on the more quiet garden side of the building and the air condition can be regulated individually.
Regarding the room cleaning we noted a "Do not disturb" sign on your door, therefore the room was not cleaned. We are sorry to hear, that this fact did cause inconveniences. Usually our rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
I hope that we may soon welcome you again

Nous avons passé une super nuit dans cet hôtel, chambre confortable et calme, petit-déjeuner incroyable. Mais surtout, ce qui m'a marqué, c'est la gentillesse du personnel envers nous.

Très bonne expérience. Nous sommes venus avec un jeune enfant, il y avait devant notre chambre une pièce avec plein de jeux, merci !
