I had a great experience as an individual and a great experience with Melanie and the team who supported the group reservation and organization of the stay.

Good, except the points I meantioned the in dedicated fields.

Thank you for having chosen our hotel for your stay in Basel and thank you for your positive feedback.
For your next stay we recommend to book one of our superior rooms - these rooms are located on the more quiet garden side of the building and the air condition can be regulated individually.
Regarding the room cleaning we noted a "Do not disturb" sign on your door, therefore the room was not cleaned. We are sorry to hear, that this fact did cause inconveniences. Usually our rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Also your feedback regarding the fitness is much appreciated. However, we do offer a fitness room with a bicycle, treadmills and a cross trainer on the first floor of the hotel.
