Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady on reception with the glasses (I am very sorry but I don't know your name). I had to leave a set of rental car keys for collection and she went out of her way to assist me. Also the bar tender is very pleasant and attentive to his customers always ensures you have a container of nuts/crisps to enjoy with your drinks.
All staff (especially the two mentioned above) are a huge asset to the company as they go out of their way to make your stay pleasant and memorable This is always my first choice hotel when in Basel
