Was ok, but can be better. I also interacted with such lovely people at the reception. Very helpful and supportive eg Hussein Ali was one of them and another gentleman whose name i cannot recall

All in all, it worth every euro/chf to have this experience. I travel once or twice a year around a Europe and this hotel provide me the best experience so far, and I would like to recomend this hotel to everyone. For sure, in my other journeys I will try to stay at this hotel.
