We are delighted that you found your stay at our hotel pleasant overall. We especially appreciated the comfortable beds, the Rituals body lotion, and the tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The use of our bicycles, which compensate for the location slightly outside the city center, was also a welcome addition.

We also thank you for your comments regarding parking, breakfast, and miles. We know it would be nice if parking or breakfast were included in the price. Unfortunately, parking in Basel is generally expensive, so we offer secure parking in our hotel garage. The opportunity to collect miles is only available for direct bookings via our website or by phone – unfortunately, this is not possible for bookings through third-party providers.

We take your suggestions for possible improvements seriously and consider them a constructive contribution to further optimizing our services. We are particularly pleased with your praise for the friendliness of the reception staff and will be happy to pass this on internally.
