The room was very old, basic and small for the price we paid. Also, there were no bags in the bins neither in the bathroom nor the room. The body lotion bottle was empty when we arrived. Definitely not a 4* at all.
We appreciate the time you have taken to share you impressions with us. We apologize for not having been able to meet your expectations througout your stay.
Our rooms have been renovated only a few years ago, we are sorry to read that you had the impressions of an old room. All our rooms have the same size of 18sqm; in case you prefer a larger room, we can recommend to choose one of our apartments, which are almost doublesized with 35sqm.
In terms of our environmental engagement we decided to not use plastic bags in our bins - we thoroughly clean the bins after each guest.
Again, we are sorry to see you not satisfied with your stay and we hope that we will have a second chance to convince you with our service.
