Overall Good. I am a repeat customer and will mostly likely be back. I think the beds could be made more comfortable especially with a full duvet. Please give consideration even to have sandwiches or a hit snack of some description available as room service in the evening. Bottled water should be replenished every day.

Thank you for returning to our hotel after a long time without business travelling. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed both our breakfast as well as the service of our #Hotelheroes.
However, we are very thankful for your constructive feedback regarding room service options, which we definetely will discuss. The water in the room is usually not replaced automatically but can be obtained at any point of time at the front office. Here in Basel, even the tap water is safe for consumption.
