Merci beaucoup pour votre séjour dans notre hôtel. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu répondre pleinement à vos attentes. La chambre Essentiel que vous avez réservée est équipée d'une climatisation à commande centrale. Nos chambres supérieures, quant à elles, disposent d'une climatisation à réglage individuel. Nous serions heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau et de vous convaincre de notre qualité.

Gutes Frühstück, Preise aus deutscher Sicht eher hoch, auf Schweizer Niveau vermutlich günstig, incl. "BASELCARD" Hilfreich ,kostenlose Tram ,kostenloses wifi an Hotspots, Parkgebühren 25 Franken auch angemessen.

部屋は清潔、機能的で十分に満足できた。スタッフの質が良く非常に好感を持てた。反面WiFiの接続が非常に悪かった点は残念である。

Geen 4 sterren hotel waardig

Hartelijk dank voor uw verblijf in ons hotel. Wij betreuren het dat wij niet volledig aan uw verwachtingen konden voldoen. De door u geboekte Essential-kamer is voorzien van centraal geregelde airconditioning. Onze superior kamers hebben individueel regelbare airconditioning. Wij verheugen ons erop u opnieuw te mogen verwelkomen en u te overtuigen van onze kwaliteit.

Great hotel clean rooms friendly staff , great value for the money and excellent that parking garage is right at the hotel ! Will definitely come back to your hotel . Also really liked the Basel city card offered complementary at the hotel
