Pretty good but please sort your lifts out - they are so slow and the access via stairs are not easy to find!!

We apologise for the inconveniences with our elevators, there has been indeed a technical defect, which unfortunately leaded to waiting times in the last few days. However, the technician has been able to fix the defects and our elevators are now working perfectly well.

My experience here was positive. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and accommodating and good service is always appreciated. I received room service several evenings and the food was very good and the service again was very good. The fitness center, while small had everything you need while on a business trip.

Leider entsprach die Reservationsbestätigung anfänglich nicht den Smartbox-Vorgaben. Anstelle eines Komfort-DZ wurde uns ein Standard-Zimmer reserviert. Zudem hatten wir (tel.) 2 Einzelbetten vereinbart. Im Zimmer fanden wir dann jedoch ein Doppelbett vor. Wir erhielten jedoch problemlos ein anderes Zimmer.

Wir bedauern, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllen konnten und wir Ihnen zunächst ein falsches Zimmer zugeteilt haben. Ihr Kompliment an unsere Mitarbeiter freut uns in diesem Zusammenhang ganz besonders.

Wir bedauern, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (sofern Sie diesen hätten bezahlen müssen) für Sie nicht stimmig war. Wir hoffen jedoch, dass das 5-Gänge Abendessen Ihrem Geschmack entsprochen hat.

Pretty shit. We didn’t sleep because the room was VERY warm. Terrible nights sleep.
