The Internet connection is not at the level you would expect in Basel.

I am missing much more bandwidth when trying to work from the door.

The connection to wireless network is finally quick to get but then the speed not.

Excellent - we arrived early in the morning, however it was no trouble to check in early and room was available. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Whilst we didn’t need a late check out, the front desk were happy to accommodate if desired. Front desk organised a taxi immediately we requested one and it arrived within 5 minutes.

Very good ... It was my first stay. I am frequently in Basel on business and you are definitely on my list of preferred hotels in the future
