Excellent - we arrived early in the morning, however it was no trouble to check in early and room was available. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Whilst we didn’t need a late check out, the front desk were happy to accommodate if desired. Front desk organised a taxi immediately we requested one and it arrived within 5 minutes.

Very good ... It was my first stay. I am frequently in Basel on business and you are definitely on my list of preferred hotels in the future

Good price, for a great hotel! We were able to get our room early, since we came off a river cruise!
Excellent friendly and helpful front desk staff! Near tram, and no problems getting to city centre! Breakfast was delicious! We give this hotel, high marks!
