Very disapointed that I was given wrong information by the front desk staff when I asked to check whether breakfast was included in my rate. They told me it was not included, so I did not take breakfast in the hotel but took it elsewhere at my own cost. When I later checked my booking.com confirmation, it became clear that breakfast was indeed included...Very disapointed by this incorrect treatment.
Thank you very much for your stay and your evaluation. We do understand that the problem which you experienced while staying with us must have been an annoying experience. As mentioned in our emails, which we exchanged directly, we figured out, that there must have been a technical error between the systems, which leaded to wrong information at the front desk. In our previous emails we arranged a (hopefully) suitable solution to your problem.
