In general terms, it was quite good. The only issue was not having AC on the bedroom.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Leider für unsere Firma zu wenig Kontingent. Preise könnten günstiger sein. Alle Daten von längeren Kunden sind nicht abgesichert worden

Das Hotel scheint schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Fazit: Als Notfalllösung falls keine anderen 4 Sterne Hotels frei sind ok - ansonsten wohl nicht mehr.

No pude utilizar el restaurant por que estaba cerrada el fin de semana a pesar de estar anunciado que permanecería abierto durante art basel.
El argumento ensayado por los empleados de recepción fue de que el cocinero estaba enfermo ????? A joke
El bar era otro chiste, atendido por los empleados de recepción, es decir no atendido.
Los halls de habitaciones deberían estar refrigerados y por lo menos ventilados
Pedí un late ckeck out de dos horas . Se concedió una hora. El argumento es que el hotel estaba fully booked para el 20 de Junio, lo que era una flagrante mentira, ya que había lugar a elección para reservar en la web luego de chequear.
Me sorprendieron en mi buena fe.

Ausgezeichneter Service, insbes. an der Rezeption (Herr Verstraelen und Frau Nadeau). Aber auch im Frühstücksraum.

Il a été difficile de réserver une chambre. En effet, j'ai eu un problème avec booking.com et j'ai annulé ma réservation et suis passée par l'hôtel. Il a fallu envoyer 4 messages et faire 3 téléphones. Au vu du prix de la chambre, le service pourrait être amélioré. Par ailleurs, il est inadmissible de payer le double pour la même chambre.

I might not come back again because of the condition of the room. One of the receptionist told me that rooms that are by the street don't have air condition and rooms that are on the garden side have air condition. Why is that?.

Excellent hôtel, personnel aux petits soins, accès au centre ville très facile et rapide avec le tram.
