Overall very friendly and good service. It is my preferred hotel for business as it is so close to the office.

Good, however, I was offered the discounted price for the breakfast, but when the person at the counter realized that I was staying only one night/ one breakfast, I was told that I couldn't benefit of that discounted price. So I didn't take the breakfast, which I considered not being a good value for the price considering what I eat in the morning.
On the other side I appreciated the peanuts with the beer at the bar.

Tram station nearby, easy to move around Basel. Quite a number of resturant within walking distance.

Gute Lage, angenehmer Empfang und Service. Seit mehrere Jahre Kunde bei Ihnen. Finde jedoch Preis relative hoch, speziel für das Frühstück und Parking. Für Dauerkunde sollte wieder der Rabatt eingeführt warden.

Für einen Nichtschweizer stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis abloslut nicht.

Gerade weil ja sehr viele unserer Mitarbeitenden aus dem EU-Raum zu uns kommen, haben wir natürlich volles Verständnis, dass die Zimmerpreise in der Schweiz als hoch erscheinen, gleichzeitig hoffen wir auf Ihr Verständnis, dass auch unsere Kosten deutlich höher sind als jenseits der Grenze.
