L hotel Dorint est excellent , bien situé , bon accueil malgré la barriere linguistique.

Poor, the restaurant is understaffed and serves very poor quality food.

I personally am sad about the pour performance we did while you stayed with us and deeply regret the experiences in our restaurant.
We have talked with our head waiter and the F&B manager how to improve our service when our hotel and therefore the breakfast room is fully booked.

Although room was small, the bed was comfortable, good pillow, proper hangers in the closet, good shower, and a TV that tells you what channels are in your language. All you need!

This is not my first stay at the Dorint and will not be my last. I find it a comfortable hotel in great location. It is unfortunately that the rooms are often too hot, and on this occasion the Internet was not working well either (this has not previously been an issue).

Thank you for your kind comment. We regret that your room has been too hot during your stay. We have been surprised by the "heat wave" in November. Nevertheless we will instruct our chambermaids for your next stay.
While you have stayed with us we have changed the WIFI-devices to ensure a more stable connection. After one day of resetting the configuration no further problems appeared.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our hotel again.
