Poor, the restaurant is understaffed and serves very poor quality food.

Dear Guest
Thank you for taking the time to answer our questionnaire after your departure.
I personally am sad about the pour performance we did while you stayed with us and deeply regret the experiences in our restaurant.
We have talked with our head waiter and the F&B manager how to improve our service when our hotel and therefore the breakfast room is fully booked.
We promise to deliver a better experience when you stay with us the next time.
Best regards,

Sehr angenehm. Der Herr am Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sehr kompetent geholfen, unseren Treffpunkt mit Geschäftspartnern zu finden.

Although room was small, the bed was comfortable, good pillow, proper hangers in the closet, good shower, and a TV that tells you what channels are in your language. All you need!

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time for answering our questions. We are happy that you have enjoyed your stay and are looking forward to welcoming you back to our hotel.
Best regards,

This is not my first stay at the Dorint and will not be my last. I find it a comfortable hotel in great location. It is unfortunately that the rooms are often too hot, and on this occasion the Internet was not working well either (this has not previously been an issue).

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your kind comment. We regret that your room has been too hot during your stay. We have been surprised by the "heat wave" in November. Nevertheless we will instruct our chambermaids for your next stay.
While you have stayed with us we have changed the WIFI-devices to ensure a more stable connection. After one day of resetting the configuration no further problems appeared.
We are very much looking forward to welcoming you back to our hotel again.
Best wishes,
Christian Gesslein

Leider war der erste und letzte Eindruck schlecht auf Grund des unfreundlichen Personals an der Reception
