Thank you very much for your detailed feedback and your candid words!

We are delighted that you were so satisfied with our service, cleanliness, location, and especially with the breakfast – phenomenal, of course, we are delighted to read! We also appreciate your positive feedback about the bar.

At the same time, we regret that your stay was affected by the temperature in the room. Our Essential Rooms have centrally controlled air conditioning, while our Superior Rooms also have individually controlled air conditioning and are located on the quieter garden side. For more comfort in the summer, we therefore recommend booking this room category – upon request, we will also be happy to bring an additional fan to your room.

We take very seriously the fact that you enjoyed our restaurant's culinary offerings but found the prices too high. We constantly review our pricing and pass on your feedback directly to our kitchen team.

We hope you will give us another opportunity to completely impress you in cooler weather or perhaps in one of our Superior Rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay in your hotel. Location was excellent for us and it was very accessible to the city and it’s attractions and was very accessible by public transport from the airport. Communication with the hotel was quick and made our journey and stay very comfortable.
