Hotel com ótimas instalações, Staff impecável, simpáticos e disponíveis. ótima localização com transporte publico a cerca de 100 metros.

Wir bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten bezüglich der langen Wartezeiten und des nicht verfügbaren Appartments. Es ist erfreulich zu hören, dass unser Manager und ein Mitarbeiter Ihnen in diese Situationen behilflich sein konnten. Ihre Beobachtungen und Vorschläge, insbesondere hinsichtlich des Menüangebots und des Check-in-Prozesses, sind für uns sehr wertvoll.

Das Hotel ist wirklich schön. Der Eingang, mit der Rezeption sehr einladend und freundlich. Parkplatzsituation ist o. k., ist meines Erachtens ein bisschen teuer, 25 Fr. am Tag als zusätzliche Zahlung zum Zimmerpreis für den Parkplatz.

Satisfied with the room size, bathroom configuration and room amenities-coffee, water, TV, WiFi etc. . Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would have been very satisfied if the price was a little lower but I understand pricing in Basel is expensive.
